Foster Together Network

Foster Together Network is a synergistic group of public and private partners committed to improving the quality of resource family caregiving and foster youth outcomes.

One Roof

One Roof serves as the County’s coordinating body for efforts to prevent and address homelessness among families and DCFS- and Probation-impacted youth.

Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnership

The Office provides a coordinated, resource-mobilized, and resilient partnership where the County government and diverse faith communities work as one to achieve well-being across all neighborhoods.
